This policy explains how WEBUD (“WEBUD”, “we”) handles personal information when you use this website and send us an enquiry.

Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter:

• your name, email address and phone number, and how you prefer to be contacted;
• your project type, property postcode, budget, preferred start time and project description;
• any photos you upload;
• the page you sent the enquiry from and any campaign tags in the link you used (for example utm parameters).

We do not ask for payment details, and the website does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare an estimate or proposal.
• To keep a record of our conversation with you.

Our legal basis is your consent when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in running our business and responding to people who contact us.

Who receives it

Enquiries are sent through Formspree, a form-handling service that delivers them to our email. Formspree acts as our processor and may handle data outside the UK. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing by others.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and for our normal business and legal record-keeping. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw consent, and request a copy of it. Email us to use any of these rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
